Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q. Do you sell Wholesale?

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, & eCheck through PayPal.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually ship in 1-5 business days once we receive your payment (eChecks will be shipped once payment has cleared, 3-4 business days for US orders and 7-9 business days for International orders). If you need an order shipped overnight, please contact us to see when your order will ship and an estimated delivery date, otherwise we will ship your order out via "overnight" in 1-5 business days.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 day for a refund or up to 30 days from date of receipt to make an exchange. Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. Items returned must be unopened and unused. Please contact us for our return address. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us for information on getting a replacement.
Q. How can I exchange an item?
A. Please contact us for our return address and let us know what item(s) you want to return and what new item(s) you want to order. We will send you a PayPal invoice if your returned item(s) do not cover the amount due. A reshipping fee will also be applied to the exchanged item(s).
Q. Who creates your artwork?
A. All our artwork is created by Holly Brooke Jones. All our artwork is protected under U.S. copyright laws.
Q. Do you donate products to charities?
A: Yes, however we get several donation requests weekly and can not possibly help each one. We regret that we are unable to help everyone who puts in a request. We will reveiw each request carefully and will only be able to respond to the charities that we are able to help.
Q. I live in Utah, can I pick up my item and save on shipping?
A: Sorry, we are unable to allow for customer traffic at our studio.
